This budget hotel is located in one of the best spots in Nice, just 50m from the beach and approximately two minutes walking from the main central square and old town. All the rooms offer an en-suite private bathroom, a shower, TV, telephone and a safe, and they are decorated in Provencal style - blue and yellow.

Our hotel is right in the center of Nice. The Promenade des Anglais and the sea are 50meters away.
The pedestrian precinct (Rue de France & Rue Massena) begins just 20 meters away. Avenue Jean Médecin with its big stores and shopping center just 5 minutes away on foot. There is a car park 20 meters from the hotel in the Rue de France. The old town is 7 mins on foot. The main square, Place Massena, is 5 mins on foot. Free internet access,

Nice is the capital of the French Riviera and is a good base to stay as you are just 30 minutes away from Cannes and Monte Carlo. By plane: by taxi : between EUR 15 - 20 (5min)
by bus : take the bus 'aeroport-Nice' and get off at 'Meyerbeer'(10min)(EUR 3.50 per person)
